No, I did not pull the tooth. That's not my area of expertize. But I hold hands whilst they are pulled.
You & Billie are, indeed, sisters! So Ella has become what my mother called Mark: Snaggletooth. I do need to Google that. I'm not sure of the spelling & I have no idea where it comes from, if at all. Ella, as her g-pa says, is, "cuter than cute".
